The rules for this forum are fairly simple. This area is designated as an OOC, Private, Jedi Only forum. Private means that what is said in here stays in here. Many things are planned here which, if leaked, can possibly lead to a smiting with the almighty ban-hammer. Just don't do it.
Avalon and OOC forum access will be restricted to only Jedi-related accounts in good standing with GJO. Thusly, the following will take place:
1) All alternate IDs used by Jedi with normal access will be removed.
2) All non-active account IDs will be removed.
3) Jedi accounts that have previously had access, and are in good standing (ie. active and still members of GJO) will not be affected.
4) Users playing multiple Jedi accounts can, obviously, have access with multiple Jedi accounts.
To align the access list with this policy, it will be necessary to validate accounts that should have access. We are requesting that all Jedi with access to Avalon/OOC post their Jedi account names to this thread so that we may cross-reference the current list. For those who wish to retain a degree of anonimity, you may PM your list of names to a staff member.
This process is NOT for granting access to new user names. Don't post them in this thread, because they will not be recognized as legitimate and will be ignored. If your padawan, or another new character, needs access, please PM an Admin.
This thread will remain active for one month from the time of posting (August 28, 2003). Any names not posted to this thread, or PMed to the staff, that have previously had access to Avalon/OOC will have their access removed. Access may be regained, but will have to be done through the appropriate channels (see Avalon Access (http://www.swforums.net/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=26425) thread within this forum).
