Geez a week late.

If no one has heard yet, it's a sprain or a strain or something.

Nothing serious, but I am on Anti-Inflamatories for a while. Cortisone shots if it gets real bad. But outside of that I'm fine.

My Dad loves cortizone, lol! Say 'cortizone' and hes asking where the line is :)

He has rhuematoid arthritis and its been a godsend for him, though it does have its side effects if taken long enough :\
