Answering Ryla, Lillian's just expecting. To answer Lion, she's 16, and has a disease that will make giving birth a very dangerous thing for her. She won't die, but she'll come pretty close to it. If it was twins...oh, I don't even want to consider it! She'd definitely have to die if she had twins!
