TBH Split

The Black Hand is in the middle of an IC split. It's going to be slightly messy, leaving behind at least three factions. They fall under the following tenative 'leaders:' De'Ville, Sorsha and Hobgoblin.

Sorsha and De'Ville are both leaving Vjun and forming their own groups. Hobgoblin is staying on again, off again at Bast.

We haven't exactly talked specifically about group boards yet, but I was wondering if it would be possible to rearrange TBH's forums to accomodate the 'new' groups. Sort of like the Cabal and Krath did at Meras.

Also, I wanted the general group mods to be aware of the split in an OOC fashion, so voila, here it is.

I dunno what to do about TBH's threads though, maybe just archive them all including private forum ones into one archive forum under the Vjun heading? I dunno what Brian would want for his forums. It'd be up to him and perhaps Zasz as they appear to be sharing Bast for the moment. Well, after everyone else trickles away.

I think you missed me. TBH as it stands would be unchanged, just moved down a notch. It would say "TBH Archives" and everything would be locked down.

So instead of it being on the front page, it would be a subforum, like the NR @ GJO.

Hey, yeah, other ppls contributing for board space would be nice. :D

Anywho, my plans at this immediate moment are unclear. I have things I want to do as far as starting my own little group, but am not certain I can get the members I'd need to make a good start of it at this point.

I like Morgan's suggestion about turning TBH into a set of archives- perhaps merging the public forums into one would be a good idea?- and leaving it as is. I should be able to solidify what I'm going to do as far as my own group idea within a week, perhaps, so I will get back to this thread when I am able.

As far as forum needs go, I would need three- a private, a public, and a training forum. Anyone who wants to contact me OOC can simply PM me, or they can post something in the public forum. I'm not afraid of having it for multiple uses.

The lone sentient settlement on Onderon, Iziz is heavily fortified against the beasts of Dxun. Here the kuklos makes their home. <---this description also needs work

Oh..and I can make banners with the names of the forums on them...or they can all be the same, the plain "kuklos ataxia" banner. I know it takes up more database to have separate banners..?? Anyway. :x <--my brain exploded

Well, conscindo means "to tear into pieces" but conseco means "to dismember/chop into pieces" and fracta (think fractions) means "to shatter" so there's several Latin phrases you could use. :)

You could just call one section "advocatus diaboli" - the devil's advocate, or perhaps "arcana imperii" - Secrets of the Empire.

My personal favorites are "graviora manent" - greater dangers await as well as "lusus naturae" - a freak of nature
