It is my understanding that 'non official' groups that do not have five distinct members cannot hold any planets. IS THIS CORRECT? It makes good sense to me, and keeps Joe RPer from RPing the entire Hapan Cluster by himself.
The FAQ is silent on this subject. Didn't really think about it before now.
Also, while looking through the FAQ forums <a href=http://www.swforums.net/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=10861>this</a> has Tondry still listed as a moderator of the SW General forums and I didn't know if that is a typo or not.
