De'Ville closed and locked the door to her study, slinging her knapsack over her shoulder. This was the last of it. She had a strange sense of dread as she turned away from the empty rooms and started her walk towards the underground hangars where the Revenge waited for her.

It would be a five day trip in hyperspace to Naboo, where she had someone to meet just outside of Theed. After that..she had no plans. Perhaps she would come back. The Dark side master walked with a heavy heart. She hadn't said anything to Silus. Perhaps it was better just to go.

She walked slowly, trailing one hand along the smooth stone walls as she descended the stairs that led down into the catacombs. De'Ville passed through a tunnel that was familiar to her. On the left hand side it was vaugely warm from the underground lava flows. At one point along the wall there was a huge conglomerate of rock and cooled lava, the grinning visage of a blackened human skull peering out from the midst of it.

Lilaena brushed her fingers against it, and continued on.

Reaching the hangar, she tapped in her keycode, and the doors opened, admitting her into the large space. It was nearly empty, with only a few ships where scores of them could be stored. She recognized a few, including Xilarian's. With a sigh she shouldered her bag once more and stepped through into the hangar, the doors swishing shut behind her.

De'Ville walked the distance to her Infiltrator, the Revenge. Sleek and black hulled, it gleamed in the harsh lighting of the hangar. A few codes later the hatch opened, and she walked inside. Silus would know where she was going. He might not like it that she was going alone, but some things were better done now, and argued about later.

She walked the short distance to the cockpit and started the warmup sequence.

A few minutes later the ponderous skyward doors of the hangar slid open, raining some dirt inside as the surface of Vjun adjusted to it's new arrangement. The Revenge lifted up on its repulsors, cleared the hangar and curved up into the wretched sky.

It was gone from sight in just a few moments.
