The only kind of doughnuts I go for anymore are the custard filled Long Johns that the Publix Bakery sells. I'll often buy some of those and a whole crapload of large Sugar cookies.

"Krispy Kreme" just sounds a bit raunchy, to me. Like the crud that collects around car battery connectors.

Dunkin Donuts are pretty good. We used to have a place where I live called "Velvet Creme" (I always though Krispy Kreme was a knock-off), and they were pretty darn good, but they're gone now.

Krispy Kreme donuts are horrible (they are too damn gooey)....and Dunkin Donuts are only good when they are really fresh. About the only donut I really like are jelly filled donuts....mmmmmm....jelly filled sweetness...:D

Jeez, grow up in Niagara, and there are donut shops on ever frickin' corner. Mostly Timmy Ho Ho's (Tim Hortons) though. We finally got a Starbucks, and only have one, thank-god. ^_^; I don't even think Niagara Falls has one...which is weird now that I think about it.
