Both myself and a friend can't sign into our passport names (which we've had for aaages), yet somehow he can sign into one he made just a little while ago. Anyone know what is going on? It's flat out rejecting my password when the pass is correct (I've changed it numerous times today to make sure).

I currently use MSN and have not had the problem you describe. How old is your account?

That's not helping :mneh

It's sort of making me panic because if it's not a general group thing then it could mean someone has access to my MSN, and therefore my hotmail, and subsequently could get my board passwords :\

If you changed your PW, then how can they?

Does MSN have a help desk or similar?

I'm pretty sure if you log into MSN and just click 'Check Hotmail' it just automatically takes you into the email account.

I am using Trillian, and trying the old MSN. I don't think it has anything to do with what version I'm on, but I suppose I can try it.

Vega~If someone else was using your account on MSN, normally you could still log on, and when you did, it would kick off the other person. So, it might just be screwy for no reason...

Well somehow I just managed to sign into MSN6. No idea what was going on there. Trillian is still rejecting the password.

Same thing is happening with me, Jenny. However, sometimes it decides to connect, I don't understand it.

No, MSN's just messed up! The other day I tried logging in with two different accounts into MSN 6 and it stil gave me an error: The account you are (blah blah blah) does not exist. o_O

Ditto, MSN 6 refused to accept my sign in name and my password, so I left it, logged out, came back the next day and it signed me in automaticaly. :huh

Sounds like MSN is having problems with it's messenger. Good thing I haven't updated to v6 yet.
