If the Hapan Expeditionary Fleet ever got itself established on a colony world, H.E.F. would like to sign a contract with any Imperial Group. The terms of the contract that I wanted was:
A) Construction Droids, Farmer Droids, Miner Droids.
B) Protection in case of NR Attack
To begin with, in payment for these things, H.E.F. would start off by giving the Soveriengty:
A) 1 Hapes Nova Battlecruiser
B) 6 Miy'Til Fighters
And, in the future, after we get our economy up, and running, we would give the Soveriengty:
A) 25% of Plantery Income weekly
B) All the Ore, and Resources they could want at half of Market Price.

Oh yeah, I forgot all about my new Chiss character that I created to join the Chiss Empire. If Telan would allow him access to the Soveriegn Secret Area, then we could begin some serious planning, and shipbuilding. Or, if you wanted to, for the time being, the Chiss, and H.E.F. could ally, and if you helped me protect Corulag, I would give you 50% of our income. Right now Corulag has 1.5 Billion inhabitants. Each make an annual income of 10,000 credits a year. A 5% Royal Tax, disguised as a bunch of smaller taxes, is applied, and totals 500 credits per citizen. Take that, and multiply it by 1.5 Billion = 750 Billion Credits. Divide that by half = 375 Billion credits. Of our half, mantinence costs for the citizens, and it's inhabitants equals 350 Billion credits a year, leaving us 25 Billion credits to manage our military, and build up our economy. What do you think?
