Alright, after months of saving, Q&A, and soul-searching, I finally bought my first pistol the other day (Springfield XD .40 cal). Now I've been shooting pistols for half a year with friends and fellow gun nuts, and been shooting rifles and shotguns for years, so I've got a reasonably good idea of what I'm doing in both form, safety, and in other such things.

Every month or so, several of us get together at this bit of farmland, and we all go shooting. Most of it is paper targets, soda cans, fruit, etc. Very fun little hobby to have. I've taken my gun to the range and gotten some quality time with it. It's excellent, and I'm really confident in my ability to shoot things now. Okay, it isn't that hard to hit a paper target accurately at 15 yards, especially since it isn't moving. But it is still fun.

Now, here's the part where you come in.

In the next few weeks, my friends should be meeting up for a nice little shoot-fest. I don't want to break in my XD on crappy paper targets. While this is a good thing to practice on, it lacks the right proportion of hilarity.

So, if you have any suggestions for inanimate objects to be utterly destroyed by bullets, please list them here. If I can, I will gather them up, and when we meet to go shooting, I will destroy them.

Oh, did I mention it will all go on mpeg?

Some requirements:

1. INANIMATE OBJECTS (no living beings)

2. Nothing that can cause a ricochet (Aka no metal plates, Superman, etc)

3. Value less than or equal to 5bux (I am poor)

4. Something reasonably large enough to hit at 15 yards.

5. Nothing that will explode, emit poisonous gas, mutate, or dial up John Ashcroft upon destruction.

6. Anything that I decide on a whim that I won't do.

I don't know how many of these things I'll do, but I'll try to get a few of them done, and uploaded for your viewing pleasure.

Lock & load :cool

I shoot at work horses(You know, the wooden work bench things). Its fun to go see how much damage youve done after wards. Waterballons filled with paint could be pretty fun...

Maybe, but that isn't a very dynamic killing. I'll consider it.

Any book by Jane Austen or Charles Dickens. Please, make them go away in a blaze of explodey-paper glory.

Either those, or an old pimp hat.

I'll get a gallon water jug, for sure. Also will get 2 liter root beer, for added fun.

But you have to put in a Millie Vanillie tape, or a Vanilla Ice tape in the Teddy Ruxpin bear first. And have it playing while you execute it. That way, it will be far more satisfactory.

A box of wheat thins.. I really dislike those since that used to be the only thing they'd give us for snack when I was like in kindergarden... and milk.

Not even cookies and milk.

Wheat Thins and milk.

Sticks of chalk with an air rifle are good so how about a large box of them.
