If not I wouldn't recomend trying to hotlink an image off a site that isn't your own. It is considered bandwidth theft and can have bad results for you and our site.

There is a handy dandy forum in the GJO subset of forums where people help make signature images for others and more often than not also host them on their own webspaces. Have a gander at the "Roleplaying Helpdesk" and see if maybe someone around there can lend you a hand. :)

Well yes, it is my topcities account. If you mean 'my site' that way, then good. If you mean is it my server, then no.

Cool that its on your account, and just incase you aren't aware: The image isn't working. (The site probably blocks hotlinking)

Change the extension to .txt and see if that does anything for you.

No, Ogre's right, topcities does block hotlinking. Guess I never had occasion to test it before, or remember it...

As a side note for Ogre; I managed to get my sig to work from the actual site of the upload, the swforums address. What'll happen to that over time?
