Land: In place of Torpedo Launchers, 16 Pods can be installed that can drop 1 Platoon of 80 Stormtroopers. Or in the Hangar Bay option, instead of fighters, 8 Assault Shuttles can be carried with 320 Stormtroopers.
Space: In place of all bottom armament, a Hangar Bay can be installed that adds 15 Meters to mast. Once installed, 12 fighters, and six bombers can be carried.

Design Specifications:
The Katana is designed as a new generation of Corellian corvette. The classical Hammerhead bridge is still there, but the midsection has been stretched out to accomadate more weaponry. Where the two double turbolaser cannons used to sit now lie two Quad Laser Cannons. Where four turbolaser cannons used to be there is now four double turbolaser cannons, and where escape pods used to lie now are Proton Torpedo Tubes. The extra hull was used to accomodate two Quad Laser Cannons on top of each other just aft of the turbolasers, and launchers.
