As a representative Of the Chiss I have no intention of signing a treaty. But a Non Agression Pact could be arranged.

We wish to keep our borders secluded from the Known Space powers and shall go forward with any action needed to prevent any future incursions into chss space.

By signing a non agression pact we will provide any Intel on non chiss activity in and around our borders in exchange for a promise of seclusion from any incursion by your forces.

I not only offer this to you but all Imperial Warlords and minor powers in and around the known space borders.
