Access/Membership

I've got a cupla requests here:
A) I still don't have access to SSC. Is there anyway a mod ocudl get that for me? I find myself running into more and more threads that link to it.
B) I've got two guys in Join The Order who seems at least somewhat competent (Lazen and Colin O'Gunlesi). Can I get a master in to approve them? Or am I allowed to let 'em in?
