Starting now, 6/25/2003, all newcomers and Masterless Padawans <u>MUST</u> join these classes and complete them before advancing onto Padawan rank. Until then you are an <u>Initiate</u>. Don't fear all of you who have a Master and joined before the above mentioned date, you are not forced to do this. Though you may but you must sign-up and wait your turn like everyone else. If you join after this day yet somehow get a Master, you must complete the courses as well, though you may remain with your Master otherwise. As hinted at above, even if you joined before the above date, if you do <u>NOT</u> have a Master you must go through the classes.
You must post here <u>AFTER</u> you are admitted to the GJO, through a joining thread as you'll observe if you browse this forum. Post <u>ONCE</u> and only once. Questions should be directed at me through PM. I might then refer you to another (a mod/admin) if I see the need but I have taken this as my duty as to not inconvience any others unless unavoidable, please do the same. Belly aching and complaints will be ignored. Be patient.
Now, onto how this will work. You will post and others will post. Simply post your character's name, nothing more. (Anything warrenting a response should not be included, as it adds clutter and will be ignored. If you have info that must be known for the purposes of the classes, you may PM me.) Then all posters, up to a point, will be seperated into groups. Then those groups will go through the classes. I(or another perhaps) will list the people, with their groups, and what thread they should post in. You'll have to complete all classes before becoming a Padawan. After a group completes the class there will be a post in that thread, ending it, giving a link of where to post to next.
Once all spots are filled you must wait until they finish completely before you get into the classes. This could take a fair amount of time but patience is highly regarded and remembered here. You should continue to post, with your name, indicating you're a new Initiate awaiting assignment, even if you will not start the classes for some time.
All sign-ups are to be contained in this thread. Anyplace else and they will be ignored and/or deleted.
