Working with my best friend's dad, and both of the deacons in his church.
Working within spitting distance of every good restaurant in Birmingham.
Working generally the same stuff that I was doing in my last job.
Working 1 less hour a day than my last job.
Working for $2.00 an hour more than my last job.

No, I'm working for a company called Integrated Medical Systems. They clean and repair medical equipment like scalpels, scissors, and such. They also produce and maintenance medical scopes, for various hospitals.

Will you be driving/operating a fork-lift?

Ah, cool. The DC's shipping department sucked. I worked there for 3 months as a summer temp, and in August when I left for college, I was the only one left of my graduating trainee class of 65. O_o

No, I'm managing the shipping computer system. My friend Mat is the company database administrator. He got Oracle lessons out of a cracker jack box, apparently. If he can do it...:lol so can I.

The catch is that I may have less free time, though I'll probably have net access at this joint, since people are less anal.

Word, dude. It's the same with engineering jobs. Interviews are really, really hard to come by. I've been looking for a different job for quite a while now, and getting an interview is a major accomplishment.
