wow the difference ya get with a real vcd player windvd 4.0
Ok i have these vcds of star wars from malaysia and i have always played them on a windvd2000
but a while back (a year ago) i upgraded to windows 2000 pro as my OS, and my windvd2000 never worked with windows 2000 (i think because i changed partitions and some of my old programs stopped working)
so i have been using interactual dvd which is a far inferior dvd program
but i just popped in my star wars vcd and interactual won't play vcds
so i went to kazaa and got me the new windvd 4.0, which absolutly rocks i mean some of the features they added are so damn cool like having volume control on your control panel, a great zoom tool, a screen capturer (a problem you have with interactual), excelent speed controls like slow mo and quicken
ok but back to my point, well so i pop in star wars and go to play it and i found this great 15 minute interview with lucas promoting episode 2, awesome interviews with great talk about the characters and advancement that never played on the old windvd2000
plus it fixed the problem of the movie stopping at the end of every chapter, finally a decent vcd player
i was even thinking of trying to find empty dvd cases (ya need a 2 disker as the vcd takes 2 discs) and designing my own graphics for the cover art so they can go with my dvds
