Up A Tree

[Tarik]

The wanderer sits on the bough of a tree branch outside of Yogs, watching people pass by, amused that he hasn’t been noticed yet.

[Kueller]

Kueller had been watching the man for half an hour, "You know you look odd sitting there."

[Jandor]

-From the tree branch above both the others, Jandor breaks his ghostly, stealth silence. He's been watching the tree-sitter for a while now.-

"Yeah, what are you doing down there?"

[Mitara Sinar]

Sitting near Kueller Mitara looks up into the tree....

"My guess is that he is sitting on a branch watching people."

[Tarik]

“Just watching people… there’s nothing wrong with that, is there?”

[Kueller]

"No. You just looked a bit weird that's all."

[Tarik]

Tarik had noticed there were a lack of others who looked – or dressed – like him here, but that was normal. Not odd.

“What is this place?”

[Kueller]

"This is Coruscant." he pointed around him, "And this is Master Yoghurts bar and grill."

[Jandor]

-With a puzzled look Jandor had to ask.-

"You made your way all the way to Coruscant, into the Jedi complexes and up a tree and you STILL don't know where you are?"

[Tarik]

He grips onto the branch tightly before jumping down, landing safely on the pavement below. People walking past looked at him as though he was from another planet – or at least as though he was stupid for hardly wearing any clothing – but he didn’t seem to mind.

“Jedi? This is a Jedi … bar?”

[Mitara Sinar]

"Really you think that you would have seen the lack of non potted plants, and the big sign in the front of the Bar 'Master Yogurts Bar and Grill'"

[Kueller]

"Especially as the sign is neon and flashing," laughed Kueller.

[Tarik]

Tarik took a double take looking at the little girl, wondering why she would be outside of a bar. He yawned, and scratched his back, before pulling the jerkin from his around his waist and tugging it on.

“… I’ve not been here before, so you’ll have to excuse my ignorance.”

[Jandor]

"And of course all the Jedi wandering around..."

-He said as he jumped down to join them.-

[Kueller]

Kueller walked up to the strange man and extended a hand, "I'm Kueller."

[Jandor]

-He gives a little "hello" wave and a warm smile.-

"I'm Jandor"

[Tarik]

He looks down at the extended hand for a moment, before looking back up at ‘Kueller’ and holding his hand out in the same way.

“Kueller, Jandor… I am Tarik. You are all Jedi?”

[Kueller]

"Padawans. We are all training to be Jedis though."

[Mitara Sinar]

"I'm Mitara.... Also a Padawan"

[Kueller]

"And you?" he pointed at the man.

[Jandor]

"Welcome to Master Yog's B+G, Padawan central."

-He said with a little humor.-

[Tarik]

He leans back against the tree, folding his arms over his chest.

“How many Padawans are there?”

[Mitara Sinar]

"At the Bar or in the Order?"

[Tarik]

“At the Order, of course!”

[Kueller]

"Ohh. Impossible to tell. In the thousands I guess." He looked at Mitara, "Mitara?"

[Mitara Sinar]

"From the research I have done, The Jedi Order curently has about 250 Padawan... but the numbers are growing by the day."

[Tarik]

“That many? How are there so many? … Is it that easy to become a Padawan?”

[Mitara Sinar]

"Due to the fact that we are learning faster and more efective ways of finding force sencitive people, The number of students are growing rapidly. It is not easy to get in, it's just that we have alot trying to get in. The recrutment center gets about 2000 people applying to become students each day. An only 1-5 of them ever make it in."

[Kueller]

"Well there are slightly more than 1-5 most days. And slightly less then 2000 most days. But it evens out."

[Tarik]

“Why did you all join??”

[Jandor]

"Each to their own reason."

[Marcus Telcontar]

Since when was there a tree out here? he wondered as he came past. Giving the rather puzzling green plant a quizzical look, he went past the guards, who knew this cloaked being on sight - they knew he was allowed in this place unsearched.

"What next, stone trolls?"

Lochabre stomped past.

"Errrr..... yeah" He shoook his head and moved to his usual booth.

[Kueller]

"Anyway," Kueller muttered.

[Mitara Sinar]

Mitara shrugs...

[Kueller]

Kueller turned to the man, "But honestly why are you here if you don't know where you are?"

[Tarik]

Tarik shrugged.

“Just exploring… seeing if there was anything here for me.”

[Quay'Na Rakai]

A figure stepped up as if coming out of thin air.

Dressed in a brown Jedi robe with it's hood donned. "You're in the city, Sir." A female voice said as she removed her hood and smiled. Her shoulder length brown hair was neatly tucked inside the hood as she curiously eyed the stranger.

"I've been watching you as well for a while and am wondering what you are doing here. Seems this isn't the type of place you would be a regular in." She told him as she extended a hand in a friendly gesture. "Quay'Na Rakai, Jedi Padawan. Greetings."
