I have an RP idea to introduce this character but I need you peoples help.

Axel is a Bounty Hunter, who is pretty much only looking out for the well being of his race (he's human, but from the outer reigons), and thus does his work without any emotion. Also Axel Tale ain't his real name, to say his real name you'd have to cut out your tongue then glue it back in. (not really, but it is hard to say)

My idea is to simply have him have a run in with some of the BH's here, possibly they're all going after the same hit or something like that, it's a very open idea.
