The Design an Agent Charley sig contest!

Rules: Must adhere to general forum decency rules, not be frikkin enormous, and be less than 30k. Must have Agent Smith in it (you can use any pic you find) and the name "Agent Charley" in it. Other than that, its your call. Want it to be funny? Make it funny. Want it serious and just look cool? Do that. Informative? Sure. I don't care.

I'll pick 10 winners, plus or minus. The prize? I haven't decided. Maybe a sig of your own (when I get my computer set up). Maybe a special CT? Maybe the assurance of not getting banned for a day? Or maybe a dead kitten. The possibilities are limitless.
