[OOC:Anyones welcome to come in and save my butt.]

-In a burst of force the large closed door to the cargo bay burst open; Pierced with jagged edges, debris flies in each direction as a figure dives through and roles across the floor of the dark room coming to rest crouched with his back to the door against a large crate. The figure synchronises the drawing of his twin pistols from the holsters on each thigh picking up magazines from his vest as his hand move up from waist to head height; Weapons pointed strait up either side of his head his thumbs slide over the pistols easing off the action, loading a fresh round, of a huge calibre, into the each of the massive chambers.
The 7" man tilts his head to one side and turns it to peer just past the edge of the crate to check the state of things, sure enough his persuers arrive. Unable to bypass the lock, the large team of elite imperial storm troopers climb through the hole in the door; One by one they enter untill all 30 are in the room.-

*The captain raises a hand to a button on his helmet to fire up his communicator and in his helmet muffled voice instructs in an electronic tone.*
"Sweep team one status red in cargo hold twelve, send an attack team down now."

-The hidden figure turns back to complete his concealment behind the crate. His droves of waist-length white hair are still surprisingly imaculate despite the odd lock over his slim, elf-like face. His red suit is uncreased but his jacket, extending down to his boots, has picked up some dust. His emerald eyes melt into jet black, highlighted only by burning red pupils, his gene-engineered vision shifting into different electro-magnetic bandwidths to allow him to see the warm bodies in the murky darkness of the bay.-

*He utters quiet words to assure himself.-
"Right, 30 in the sweep team with another 30 troopers on the way accompanied by a destroyer droid."

-Taking a quick glance to search for a new safe position and finds one a dozen feet away to his right. He makes a lop-sided dive for it as his body, turned to face the team, orientates to accomidate the recoil of the weapons. His outstretched arms aiming the weapons with presicon and he unleashes hell on the now ambushed troopers. He rolls to a stop to regain leaning back against the other crate.-

*A few more mummbled words of thinking aloud.*
"4 down, 26 left, 30 on the way with the machine."

-He takes a deep breath to steady his nerves before he procceds only then he hear's the muffled words of the captain as he flees for cover.-
"Sweep team 1 is taking fire I repeat sweep team 1 is taking fire. 18 men down, send additonal reinforcements; send attack teams 4,5,6 and 7 and all the droids you can spare."

*The now disheartend knight displays a worried face.*
"Crud..........Thats at least another 120 toops and a ridiculous number of droids.....................Now would be a seriously good time for a miracle."

"Sweep team 1 is taking fire I repeat sweep team 1 is taking fire. 18 men down, send additonal reinforcements; send attack teams 4,5,6 and 7 and all the droids you can spare."

Listening to the troopers' communications via an earpiece, Eluna cocked an eyebrow, watching the scene take place on her office holoprojector.

"Commander?" a nearby junior officer queried his superior. She turned to face him.

"Go ahead, dispatch the squads. I'll be accompanying them."

The young officer gulped.

"Y-yes, Commander Thals. Of course. This way."

He gestured to the flanking door guards to accompany Eluna to the cargo bay, out of courtesy. Eluna didn't break stride, apathetic to whether or not she had a personal escort to the scene of battle. All that mattered, of course, was that the intruder was neutralized.

-The cornered fighter spots a glimmer of hope in the form of a dodgey ceiling gurder. A series of dives by the super-soldier in between crates and some gunfire hospitalises a few of the remaining troops. Empty magazines forces the lone knight to holster his weapons and grab the nearest trooper by the neck. Grabbing the blaster at the troopers side he exhanges fire with the other guards using the hapless trooper as a sheild although he takes a hit to the right leg. Picking a thermal grenade from the now dead troopers vest he tosses it at the remaining troops. The troops flee back out through the now prised open door to seek shelter from the blast. The explosion collapses the doorway blocking the entrance, whilst he diving for cover. The lone soldier doesn't take the time to relax but instead he rises from the floor and begins the long journey for the door on the other side of the massive cargo hold which leads through to the docks, his origonal intended destination. He winces momentarily for the wounds to his right leg, even his super-human physique is not indestructable. He's glad that his armour padding held up, protecting him from more serious damage; Glad at least that he can still stand. His eyes melt back to their usual emerald colour, which almost glows in this low light. As he discards the blaster to the floor he reaches into his pocket to see if the chip is still there and, sure enough, it is. He reloads his pistols and replaces them in his holsters before starting to run. It's a long run but this knight's determination forces him on one his bad leg, and he's already begining to heal.-

*Removing a communicator from his belt he proceeds to send a message on to his pilot droid.*
"Wake up 7! I want the Dauntless up and ready to go in 3!"

-The startled droid removes herself from the minor repair she was occupied with before answering in a distinctivley female tone.-
"Is that you boss?"

-A woman at the droids side interupts by grabing the comm from the machines hands.-
"Now listen here Covenant! If you don't have it I swear I'll...

-With a grin on his face the knight answers cuts her short.-
"[i]Don't worry little miss pretty face, I got it here and I'll be there in about 5."

-In a voice of relief the woman replies.-
"Good...."
-In a more frustrated tone she adds.-
"...and don't call me that!"

-Covenant knows that reinforcements will probably be heading down to the docks to cut him off from getting to the ship. All he can do is run as best he can but he knows that the damage will slow him up. He knows that he will have to face those troopers and in their numbers he really will need a miracle.-

-Knowing that he'll never make it to the docks before the reinforcements do he decides on a better course of action.-

*He flicks open his comm*
"Hey 7! Listen up! Things are a little messy here right now..."

-The worried feminine voice interupts.-
"Why?! Whats going on down there?!"

-Covenant spotts an medkit on the wall and begins limping over to it as he talks.-
"I'm fine, I just came upagainst a.........few troopers and they're heading for the docks so I want you to detach untill we work out a better course of action."

-The still worried pilot replies-
"But we won't leave you behi...."

-Covenant takes his turn to cut her off.-
"That's and order! Out."

-The tired, wounded man leans against a wall and slides down it slowly to sit on the floor with his back rested against it. Knowing the confused troopers are probably headed to the ship, that wasn't there anymore, he knows he has a little time to stop and think. Reaching out and removing the medkit from the wall he unbindes the foil seal and opens it up, he proceeds to clean up the nasty wound on his leg. His genetically enhanced physiology meant that the bleeding had stopped a short while ago but the damage was still pretty bad despite what he had said to his pilot. Finished with cleaning it, he wraps on the medi-tape and takes a tranquilizer, his eyes on the leg but his mind on the situation. Momentarily he remembers the training in his early life, remembering an exercise just like this.-

*He chuckles whilst shaking his head from side to side and remarks to himself.*
"Heh......"stealth and evasion in adverse numbers"...."

-He remembers his trainning well but he did it all with his sister. They were trained to operate as a partnership. Now long since passed on, his sister wasn't here to help.-
"Oh Sephie, heh heh heh, you don't know what your missing..........This evasion stuff was right up your ally wasn't it?...heh heh heh."

-He remembers the bar lounge he passed on the way here and decided that he'd head back there and keep a low profile. He hoped that maybe the imperial hunter cadre would spot his ship leaving the dock and assume he was on it. Pulling himself to his feet he walks slowly, in pain, to the side-door in the wall.-

-After much carefull journeying, he had slowly made his way to the bar lounge, the "The Cargo Club and lounge". He winced at poor title.
He tried in vain to walk over to table in a shadowy corner of the room without looking so wounded but his right steps were a little stiff to say the least. He pulled up a chair and sat down to think out his plan of action. His thoughts wandered from memmories to maps and he looked down in response to pain in his leg, he could see through the rip in the dark red trousser leg and the tear in the armour padding, he could see the filed dressing and how it was begining to bleed again. He waived down a waitress for a strong drink, an attept to mildley dull the pain. 30 minutes had past while he sat and pondered, he could still feel troops nearby, he could detect their smell wandering the corridors. Just then his smell, and indeed his hearing, found something else and as he looked up his eyes joined the other senses to see someone approach him. Feeling somewhat light-headed from the events unfolded this night, he had to concentrate more then normal to hold his attention clear.-

The main bay door shattered in a shower of sparks, throwing debris outward. In the smoky aftermath, stormtroopers rushed forward, quickly covering the perimeter of the cargo bay. In their wake, Commander Thals entered, looking about at the heavy carnage. The infiltrating ship was nowhere to be found, of course.

"Sergeant, establish concentric perimeters out from these coordinates. No one enters or leaves without my approval."

Thousands of probabilities sorted themselves through her head. The two most significant were that the intruder had fled aboard his ship, or had ordered his ship to take off as a diversion. Either way, the next course of action is clear.

"Prepare a shuttle, and order the Rapacious to intercept the ship at once. I will be joining them shortly."

With a confirmation on her order, Eluna turned and headed out.

-The approaching waitress hands him a piece of paper with a smile, no doubt trying her hardest to hit on the solo man. Covenant doesn't reciprocate, it's the wrong time for that really, and unfolds the paper to read the message within.-

~Covey, listen up. I've got imperial activity on the scanner. I'm pretty sure we can hold them off with a little hide-and-seek game of clever maneuvoring but not for more then an hour or so. We either need to rendez-vous soon or we'll have to jump out of here and pick you up later. They just bugged our frequency so the new one's at 8973-9563-96, should be secure for one, short, comminique; Beep once for a pick up or beep twice for the long stay.-

Yours, 7~

-Covenant removes the comm from his belt and enters the new encrypted channel. He presses the little button with a {beep} before taking a deep breath, a pause, and entering the second.-

".......{beep}.........Alright now, your on your own in hostile occupied teritory.......time to use your head.......................
..............................Heh, still looking for a miracle."

On her way to the Rapacious, Eluna reviewed the information of the incident. There were after action reports, and some amount of video. It didn't show much, through the haze of weapons fire and blur of action, but in a bit of freeze frame, the likeness of the attacker could be seen. She immediately transmitted the data down to the ground forces, and linked up with a Lieutenant.

"Lieutenant, expand your perimeters. This is the man we are looking for. He may still be down on the planet, so be on alert. Triple your patrols."

The Lieutenant nodded an affirmative before being dismissed from the screen. Eluna glanced out the window long enough to see the view of stars give way to grey hull, as her Lambda shuttle was drawn into her star destroyer's secondary landing bay. No sooner did the gangplank lower, than she was off, headed to the bridge.

"I want three squadrons launched at once. Fan out into a search pattern. A rebel ship blasted out of port, and it may still be within the system."
