20 most memorable movies of the Nineties

The nineties did bring in many great films.

and why Last of the Mohicans?

Watch closely during the Indian attack on the marching away british, and you will see half of everyone standing around in confusion. Its all I remember from that movie.

The Fifth Element would be a great choice. I loved Millo, Chris, and Bruce's performances in this movie. Hilarity. But did not stand-out amongst my other choices. Great movie though.

Braveheart is alright save Mel Gibson's overly-acting performance. This movie never stuck with me mainly because the Gibson's dramatics through the flick. He ruined it for me.

But you reminded me of another Gibson movie that could have made the list and that is Hamlet. Much better performance by him IMHO.

Last of the Mohicans I put it there because I felt it was a solid enough film. Daniel Day-Lewis does display a small amount of that Gibsonitis in this movie. But I forgive him and the movie. (BTW, the arena battle of AOTC, there are jedi including Samuel L Jackson that appear very lackluster in their actions too.)

Now others will likely compile their lists and remind me of a few more great flix from the nineties for sure.
