First, a little about myself. I have been here for about a week, and love to RP. While I am still getting a little used to this website, and how incredibly deep some of the Threads can go, I will venture forth to start my own story. I prefer action threads, such as battles, and so forth.
Operation: Shadow Hand. 6 Years A.B.E.:
The Invasion of Sectors around and including Chandrila was a prime part of the Emporer's plan to recapture the core. One of Seven Important Commanders, Admiral Kraken, is leading a force against the Chandrial sector defense fleet as the story opens.........
"Markese, reinforce the shields to full power, and bring on the back-ups, just in case they manage to get off another torpedo salvo. Freme, prepare the Turbolaser Cannons for another salvo. We need to knock out their shields on this next pass." A chorus of men sing out "Yes Sir!". The Bridge of the Carrack Cruiser Enforcer 9 was a bustle of activity as the crew went into it's fourth hour of the long battle between the two fleets. Reinforcements from the planet of Balmorra had stalled the Imperials campaign to conquer Chandrila. Previously, the Imperial Fleet, numbering 2 Victory Star Destroyers, and 10 Carrack Cruisers, had been more than enough to overpower the initial defending fleet of 3 Escort Frigates, but reinforcements from Balmorra consisting of 2 Dreadnoughts, and 6 Strike Cruisers had brought the battle to a standstill. Two Imperial Star Destroyers had come to reinforce the fleet, but it was still progressing slowly. ......
