AFAKI, he survived the Geonosis battle. He made it out of the arena, on the same transport that carried Yoda, Mace and Ki Adi... After that, it didn't show any other Jedi kicking the bucket, so I think everyone assumes that all those people made it.

I'm pretty sure that he's going to be one of the Jedi featured in this fall's Clone Wars cartoon. So it's a safe bet he survived.

Well according to some material two Jedi Council Members died after the arena, Eeth Koth (the one that looks like Darth Maul) he was on one of those gunships the one that was shot down. And Saesee Tiin, (the one with the horns) he got killed in a Jedi Starship above the planet (don't ask me how he got up there.)

He is the main focus of a Clone Wars novel with Obi-Wan, so I think he made it :)

I don't think any of the known Jedi, such as Koth, Fisto or Tiin would die off screen. I'm sure a point will be made of most of their deaths.
