Needless to say, I'm a little disappointed...
As most of you read (from the thread count indicator), we had an outstanding $30 out of $50 to pay for the TSO forum (I had paid Ogre $20 a few months back).

I was hoping that ppl would step forward and help out, even if it was only $1. Hell, $1 helps a lot, especially if everyone were to join together.
As it is, one member was gracious enough to offer to pay the remaining balance. Alas, it was never done, and with only 6 more weeks until the deadline (i.e. pay or have TSO deleted from SWF), I couldn't wait any longer and paid the rest of the $30 myself.
I don't know how many members TSO currently has, but I sure as hell know it's more than just the two (myself and another) that offered to pay for our place here at SWF.
It just saddens me that no one seemed to give a hoot that TSO would have been deleted, erased, forever gone from SWF if we didn't pay up. So many read that thread, and only a few replied with an "I'm sorry, I can't now" or "I'll see what I can do". Even THAT is better than IGNORING the whole damn thing!
Disappointing.
So, now, I am warning you over a year in advance... next year, on January, I will be getting married. That means my money will no longer be just mine, but mine and my husbands. And we will be on a tight budget with an apartment, utilities, groceries, and what have you. This means I may (may) be able to contribute a few dollars ($10, maybe $20) to the amount that will be owed for TSO's "rental space". But I will NOT be able to do what I did this year and pay the full $50, thus saving TSO from extinction. So it'll be up to the rest of the TSO members. And if the full amount isn't paid by the due date of next years payment, then you can kiss TSO goodbye.
