Reconsidering Xazor

Sothie recieved a PM from Xazor on the weekend stating that she wanted to appeal the council for another vote. Here's the thing, I don't like here very much, and I know a lot of people here don't either. In fact, I don't know anyone here who does, but that's besides the point. She's admitted to having wronged us in the past, and she realizes that her problem was that she confused OOC with IC. She's young and immature, but she's still learning.

I believe people can change, and I think she derserves that chance to prove herself. I don't believe in holding grudges, and I don't think her past sins should be held against her. We would all expect the same consideration if we were in her position.

Also, I believe a lot of the problems she had before were because she didn't understand the vamps. We RP nasty characters, and I think that people forget that these are just characters and does not reflect the person who portrays them. I think if she were given the opportunity to play a vamp, she would understand us and get to know us better, and we would get to know and understand her better.

The fact that she has asked twice to be a vamp shows that she really wants this and is broadening her horizons and isn't closing her mind to new ideas. Now, there's probably some concern as to whether or not she might be trying to infiltrate, but I don't think she's that stupid. That's a banable offense.

Well, those are my thoughts on her request, and I think everyone should take into consideration in giving her a chance to RP as a vamp.

Hmmm well I was gonna stay outa this one because I have a tendency to give everyone a chance no matter how badly they have burned me lol. I know she is immature and may learn from us, maybe we can help her to see that we do run our char very nasty but we are not them. But then again I just saw a post in the gjo ooc open forum where she once again had a fit about no one liking her and she was out of there because she is sick of everyone treating her badly, a few came in and soothed her and she was ok I am back because I got the attention I wanted.

Now the reason I bring this up is because it is a conmen occurrence. In fact it has become an on going joke among a few as her being the shampoo instructions. Wash rinse repeat. It has happened that often that some one says something she doesn’t like and she throws a fit, says she is leaving, they placate her, and she comes back. That in itself is a huge headache.

But if you are all willing to put up with her fits and tones, and the simple fact she still doesn’t understand what real god mode is. Also the off chance lol that Marcus finds out she has a vamp and talks her into creating havoc well then I say go for it.

In truth I do think she is just childish and by far too easily influenced by others opinions. I personally have seen her start with her own opinion and do a turn about when others disagree. I have in fact seen that a lot. I guess I am still unsure. I would like to give her a chance but I think there should be some major conditions as to how, I think she should rp as a human for a fair amount of time, and if anything goes on we should be able to kill or do something to her char, or say that we have a right to say she never belonged and get her to sign it or something>??? Which entails headaches all there own sigh... What do u guys think? How can we ensure that she will not mess too much???

You're right, she does throw a lot of hissy fits when things don't go her way...... hence the pm to Soth and I know she sent you a whiney pm to you too Alana. But like I said, she's immature. She may have those at GJO that will humor her and give her the baby-ing that she needs, but she won't get that here. If she's ready to take the next step in rp (and growing up) then I think she should be given that chance. I'm hoping that she eventually finds herself in an rp where someone labels her as a godmoder because of the capabilities of her character and realizes how she had done the same thing to us.

I do agree though that if she does come in, she should start as a human and rp with us for a while before being turned. If she's going to blow up, then it'll come through eventually. Obviously, we won't put up with childish temper tantrums and we'll be more than obliged to escort her back to her baby crib.

Well I agree with pretty much with everything you two are saying here...I won't reiterate the points further. If we do give her a chance to "Prove Herself" then there should defiantly be some condition's set into play regarding her CHR and membership here. Perhaps when the council deems her ready then we will simply vote then when the time comes. I will tell you, I will not put up with any heart ache from her occ. I seen enough of that around the board's to last a Vampie lifetime...lol

If we concur on this I'll back the decision either way...I have my reservations with her as Tatiana and Alana have mentioned above, however,...I'm willing to give her a go here...If she's granted membership here at the Shrine,...She will be closely watched and monitored.

Xazor's character is property of the Shrine. We reserve the right to kill her character at anyrtime, with the understanding that we wont do this unless she intentionally causes trouble and/or leaves.

This includes leaving without discussion and permission on our part, and being derogatory towards any member of the Shrine (IE Flaming, cursing, trolling, etc)

Under the above conditions, I vote yes. Also, I'll be interested to read what anyone might have to add.

kk Guys is what Darren said an acceptable agreement?? The girl has been waiting for quiet a bit lol she at least needs to be told the conditions..... I like the ones Darren has stated they seem fair and it is up to her to go for em or not but we need to say yea or nay on it :p

As for access to the cloak, We just wont mention it to her until shes turned. If she has any of her own questions, then I can talk with her. :)

She said now all shes gotta do is get some things at GJO taken care of (i think her character is a padawan there) so everything will work smoothly IC. I told her to keep us informed and everything, so it should be about taken care of :)

She even hugged me, twice even (maybe).

Honestly, im still a tad nervous about this, but theres nothing she can do to us that wouldnt hurt her more, IMO.
