I need to make a thread or something for all of the council or if someone would like to represent the council or something, whatever you guys want :D , but I need to talk to the council in someway in a more private manner than this over ooc ordeals if possible

Can you explain again how the IC Council has anything to do with OOC "ordeals"? I think I fell asleep during that part.

I'd suggest setting up correspondance with a council member, who could then pass your message to avolon.
