Apparently, the SFX is Gollum-rivalling at times, but other times looks a bit corny. But then, we are talking a double-figure foot green guy :)

I think he looks pretty good. I'm left wondering how those pants stretched to that size though? :p

It might have just been from watching the cartoons, but I don't remember him being so big. He was much shorter than that.

I was also thinking he was going to be a bit shorter. That seems a bit much IMO

Yeah, I though The Hulk was supposed to be about eight feet tall at the most. And I don't even think that spandex underwear could stretch that much without causing some serious uncomfortable pressure.

Depends what you read really.

Also, he looks a little bit, I dunno, too bulky in some areas. Disproportional.

That picture makes me think that the movie is going to be like King Kong. :\

O_o looks too bulked up to me, Hulk that I remember was buff but he didn't look like caveman....

Sure he did...he was just...a normal height!

Shawn

I think they may be trying to follow the comics' storyline... albeit loosely. Maybe he starts off ridiculously huge and stupid and gradually becomes a little shorter, more proportional and intelligent.

The whole green hulk / grey hulk thing?

THAT would be rad!

The Green Hulk was huge in the comics I think 9-10 feet tall, I think the Grey Hulk was smaller, not sure if they will go with that or not. Also who is the bad guy in the film? Is it a comic book villain or somebody new? I was hoping for the Leader but they might not go that route.

I dont think there is a real enemy this time round. Im hoping for a bad Hulk though :)

They could get Chyna to play Femme Hulk or something :uhoh

Admiral Lebron

I think it is the story of how he becomes the hulk i.e government is his enemy if I recall correctly.

Is Shield in it? I know General Ross is he is being played by Sam Elliott. As for the Leader he might be difficult to pull off because of his giant head that is a wierd feature and I can imagine how people would react to that.

Sam Elliott is in this???

Ok this movie is now twice as cool as it was before. I'm actually gonna have to see this :D

Jedi Master Carr

:D YES!

Sam Elliott is one of the coolest old guys in the universe. His only rival is Sean Connery. Such a bad dude :)

You know what would be really cool?

A cameo by Hugh Jackman at the end of the movie. :D

Taylor Millard

OH yeah...'cause Hulk/Wolvie's one of those cool rivalries.

Also...it was the US Air Force after Hulk not S.H.I.E.L.D.

And Grey Hulk was normal height.

And cool

There's no way any purple pair of pants will stretch to fit that big of a Hulk. Good grief, even a semi aroused Hulk of that size would shred the most elastic of clothing. Man, why can't people make realistic movies about big, green, gamma radiated, super strenthed, tragic characters? They've done believable versions of Hamlet, why not the Hulk?

Jedi Master Carr
Apr 13th, 2003, 05:15:48 PM
Well he got to that size in the comics have no clue how the pants fit him there maybe they were radiated too :p Hey who is Glenn Talbot the name sounds familar isn't he in the Hulk Comics.
