I need a villain.

It'd be helpful if Rizel got into a bit of trouble. I need to come up with some skills for her to use, and as of late I've been null on good ideas, so I was hoping to get a villain with a bit of a creative streak in them to help me by making trouble for Rizel. You can capture me, fight me, torture me, whatever. The only things you CAN'T do are maim me or kill me.
