If you have any, in a super hero themed idea.

Myself and the person who plays 'The Chiru' are looking for a few other people to play some 'mild mannered by day, caped crusader by night' chaps and chapettes in a semi-serious/semi-corny environment. We have some ideas for other hero type characters already which we'd be more than willing to share with people who are interested, or of course you can come up with your own idea -- it's hardly difficult :lol

Anyway -- anyone who thinks they would possibly like to be involved, PM either me or The Chiru :)

Well the idea is pretty broad really.

We're aiming to create everyday people who have decided that enough is enough, that they are taking the law into their own hands. When Jedi can't be there to save the day, they'll be there.

They don't need to have any powers or anything - Cap' is just a former soldier, although Chiru does have powers akin to a chiru (SW insect which can sense vibrations/has a paraletic bite).

Anything goes, basically. It's just an outlet for some goofy fun and a chance to play some odd characters :)

If anyone wants some really good looking costume designs, I'd suggest looking at the Marvel Universe X stuff. Spider-Girl's costume in particular was really well done.

A chiru is a real insect in Star Wars, and well Coruscant is obviously a real place. Sometimes you can work in real creatures/etc.

An ideas might be:


Abyssin
an alien race native to the planet Byss (not the same Byss that the reborn Emperor Palpatine used as his power base), these tall humanoids have long, well-muscled limbs and a single, slitted eye. The eye of the Abyssin has twin lenses and dual focal planes, which allows the Abyssin some measure of depth perception. Dang... I want in this. I think I'm going with Iron Man. I'll probably just rip his story in the Ultimates. He has cancer, is rich, and wants to make up for his life by doing some good. Probably keep the playboy attitude too, haven't played quite that character yet.

Oh, and for the tally, I also have a new character being developed, who I'll probably use Adrien Brody and Moon Knight for, if neither are used. I'll probably have drasticly different colors than Moon Knight. Dark blue and black probably.

Also, if anybody finds a black and white, inked but not colored, pic they want used for a sig or whatever, contact me. I can color it fairly adequetely. And I can do pics with only that character in it really quickly. Look at the sig and avatar of Jacen Himes to see my work. :)

Well, while I get my act together, figuring out what I want for this new character, I'll help those without character pics. Here's a list of neato looking and acting superheros.

Juggernaugt(sp?) - big muscle dude, can't be stopped.
Hawkeye - Bow and Arrow maestro.
Vision - Robot who can go through walls (right?) and zap stuff.
Hulk - the Hulk. (no one's take him right?)
Quicksilver - Speedster. Also, as big headed as hell. Can do everything quicker, even think.
Beast - If he's not taken. Big blue furball who's smart and can jump around.
