...You know the one.

It's new, I believe.

I played it for a few hours at some computer store.... You're this marine guy who patrols space. You have a ship (duh) and you've been denied re-enlistment in the marines again. It had pretty good graphics, although I don't know anything about junk like that.

It was called "Pretend"... Or maybe "Unreal II"...

...Some genius help me out, it's driving me batty!

Ha, my memory is not completly shattered.

Is it worth the 70 bucks?

No, Unreal was a great game. Unreal 2 isn't bad, but it definitely isn't worth paying full price for. Wait until it hits $20US or less.

My mate paid £30 for it. Dunno what that is in dollars. I've borrowed it off him and I think it's fantastic - especially the first lift you come to! :)

It feels like a cheesy, low budget Sci-Fi show on UPN (new season starts this Wednesday, right after Buffy). And there's zero innovation in terms of gameplay. No suspense, no story to speak of... just a bland first person shooter with some eyecandy.

Even though I'm not really a FPS fan, I think Unreal II is pretty cool. I like the guns :D

The game is beautiful in graphics, and fails in every other aspect, especially dialouge. I swear, Troma Films have better writers than this game had. Flat, dull, and makes you want to exit the game. If it had a more lush plot, maybe I'd consider buying it, but, no, it doesn't.

I have to say though - I much prefer UT2003. Especially the multi-kill additions!

Ludicrous Kill!!!
HOLY ---- !!!!!

I couldn't stop laughing for five minutes. Now it's rare I get many consecutive high-level multikills with the flak cannon as after the first one I burst out laughing! :p
