It was a sunny day outside, but inside, things were a little stormy for Abel Kannan as he posted the umpteenth notice for the day. Kwiet had gone missing several months ago, and he had just recently discovered him again outside the Jedi Bar and Grill. He was with a strange woman, who put him in a car and drove off with him.
"I hope she isn't mean to him. Kwiet, you were always so hurt for a mommy. It really burns me that women would take advantage of that for their own ends."
Abel reached into the large chest pocket of his yellow overalls and retrieved another fastener to post yet another flier. He remembered seeing Kweit, then Ansatsu came running by and referring to Kwiet as his son.
"That kid is my responsibility. It's hard to keep track of him."
