Jaaheessaa’s head ached. She groaned as she held one hand against it, slowly beginning to see a little light in front of her eyes. There was no sleep in them, but the dull thump of pain in her skull had been enough to knock her out cold and sufficiently drain her of energy. With what little strength she felt she had, she sat herself up, and found she was lain upon a crouch, with her back propped against the arm. A quick glance around and she saw a light off to the right in a room. There was the sound of movement coming from behind the doorway.
“… Hello”?
