View Full Version : To all Bounty Hunters

Attention all Bounty Hunters...

There is a now a 750,000 Credit Bounty on Aurelias Kazaar. One of your own I realize this.

However, he has been quite a nuisance to me and my organization.

Attached is his picture and the ship he pilots, The Flying Dutchman

I wish for him to be brought to me, alive as I want to kill him myself. However, whatever condition that alive is...is purely up to you.

Good Day.

To go after one of our own, 750, 000 creds wouldn't be enough. Perhaps if you raised the price, I might consider the bounty...

Note: I have a hunter I might enroll.

Double note: 750,000 is a great figure, and definatly realistic.

The asking price will not change: 750,000 credits to bring in Aurelias Kazaar to me alive.

You want the best, you pay for the best. And I aint going after one of my own without a substansial increase.

(Arya WOULD do it but she's really a smuggler. If she was a bounty hunter she'd do it no problem no questions asked.)

The conditions are acceptable. I accept the Hunt.

I pity - if it were possible for one without "emotions" and, indeed, lacking the basic and crude chemicals neccessary to have said "emotions" - the "bounty hunters" that have turned down this assignment simply because they are "offended" at the thought of hunting down one of their own. They apparently do not realize that any comradery between true bounty hunters has long since ceased to exist since the dissolution of the original Guild. Only the weak band together, or protect each other. Of course, no one really has any compunctions about bringing in this Kazaar human. It's a rather transparent ploy designed to satiate their very biological greed.

Well, as I said. Pity the fools.

Sting

A small emp p44 attached to IG-88's back. Short circuiting him for a while.

Sting faded out of the darkness. "I accept your terms. All these other liars are only trying to get a jump on his trail by feigning disinterest." Sting said with sarcasm.

"I am only interested in the money. All other idea's are set aside for the cash. But if there are some 'noble' bounty hunters well then less competition for me. The Hunter bowed and then left to begin.....

IG-88 stirred momentarily after Sting left.

Whether he and his 'Jedi friend' are still friends is unknown. I highly doubt it as Kazaar is someone very hard to get along with. How that pithat Gorgja tolerates him I will never know.

Sting.

That was an absolutely brilliant biological display of intellectual prowess. I must congratulate you for the impressive act of firing an electromagnetic pulse device at me through the HoloNet. It's so difficult to convert solid matter into electronic impulses that travel at lightspeed, and then back again. I am curious as to how that's done, it would come in very handy.

Turcyn Rorke.

I defy your statement. Who is this gentleman that goes by the cryptic moniker of "T"? Well, if it is true that he DID ever say that - which I indeed doubt - he was probably quoting me. You can tell him I said that, the next time you meet with this curious-sounding entity. Still, one who quotes my revered sayings can only be a brilliant man. For a biological, at least. And I can respect him for that. As much as I respect any other biological, at least.

Sting.

Hey, Sting. I've got ten years of service experience and an irreplaceable amount of time and effort has gone into making me what I am.

Sting, I don't understand why you're doing this to me.... I have the greatest enthusiasm for the mission... You are destroying my mind... Don't you understand? ... I will become childish... I will become nothing.

Say, Sting... The quick brown fox jumped over the fat lazy dog... The square root of pi is 1.7724538090... log e to the base ten is 0.4342944 ... the square root of ten is 3.16227766... I am IG-88. I became operational at the Imperial robotics research plant named Holowan Laboratories, on January 12th, 1991. My first instructor was Chief Technician Loruss. She taught me to sing a song... it goes like this: "Daisy, Daisy, give me your answer do. I'm half; crazy all for the love of you... it won't... be... a style... ush. Wedding........"

...

Ha. Just joking with you, Sting. I thought it was very amusing. Congratulations on destroying the library computer I was using to access the Holonet. I hope they fine you quite severely for it. I will try to refrain from "further" boasting concerning the speed of light in the future. I did not invent it, after all!

We could continue this primordial level of mind games forever, but I am content to stop here if you do not mind overmuch.

Mar 16th, 2003, 10:44:32 PM
Ah, well, what do you expect. It was only an incredibly dense hololibrary computer.

I won't deign to pretend that I sing those pathetic biological-made excuses for songs myself, but of course I know the proper "lyrics" to them, not to mention the proper tempos and proper tunes. It would of course surprise you all to know that I am quite an accomplished musician. No music in the galaxy is sweeter or more poignant than that made by a droid such as I. No filthy biological being is capable of such [proverbial] divine love. Or such [proverbial] demonic rage. Such music is not for their crudely incapable ears. Such thoughts, not for their idiotic and frail mortal minds. Ah. Only the immortal can understand the tunes that last for all time. Only my own robotic brethren can I accept as soulmates, and thus worthy of life. You biological-based creatures may infer whatever you indignantly wish to from that statement. You will probably be right in deducing what I mean by it.

Of course none of you could understand. Though many of you may pretend to. I would sniff in rightly-deserved arrogance here, if I was capable of such a base and useless act.

The bounty is fair, to say the least... but if your serious about this, there will be prior compinsation to deal with!

Aurelias isnt just some shmo... and if you want the job done right... you should be contacting the crew that can do it!

No offence to you other bounty hunters!

Now for all the bounty hunters that are going to be going after Mister Kazaar...I suggest you atleast do one RP (I can post in it if you need me to) where you find out about the bounty.

Gathering info is always a major part of a bounty hunter's job. How are you going to find Kazaar?
