I like the current design. There's nothing they could have chosen that would have satisfied everyone. Except for that Death Star design. Outside of the Ewoks from the Appalachians, no one could find fault with that design.

Everybody knows that a 747 doesn't carry proton torpedoes, and it can't fit inside that construction flight shaft thing! ;)
