Yet Another Point Against Humanity

Now I've heard of some wacky lawsuits. The stupid smokers who sue tobacco companies for giving them lung cancer, the idiot who sued McD's for serving her hot coffee that they spilt on themselves, but this one may be the winner of them all.

A Romanian man was trying to commit suicide by hanging himself from his ceiling fan when the rope he was using became frayed and snapped, ruining his suicide attempt. Now, he's going after the rope manufacturer for selling him a defective rope.

Some people are remarkably stupid. Unbelievable.

I heard of one wher a prisoner tried to escape and was entangled in the barb wire over the prison fences, thus ruining his attempt. Well the prisoner sued the jail for his cuts and bruises.

The court obviously dismissed his petition.

B- the barbed wire was doing what it was meant to do.

The law is gradually being twisted and contorted into the whore tool of those who seek out anything but justice. Not that I am any better because if I could have my way I wouldn't hesitate to lock those idiots away for wasting the court's time.
