Didn't see the word tear, so assumed it was some weird gas powered grenade or something I'd never heard about. Though Sage wouldn't know what it would do after hitting, he'd just assume a BOOM would insue. So, just to recap, Sage is stupid and in fact it won't explode. :)

Well... what's the difference between the abilties of a highly trained Padawan and a newly promoted Knight? Not much. If he's good enough to be a Knight, and might get promoted, he has about the skill of a Jedi Knight, right? So his rank shouldn't affect the RP. I say he RPs like a Knight. If someone says "hey, come on now, you're a Padawan silly." the point could be raised he's good enough to be considered for promotion. So he's at that level of newly promoted Knight anyway. The rank doesn't give you instant super powers. Though I admit people look at rank as your skill, as I often do. But when a dude is right inbetween ranks, in a transition, I think he should RP with Knight abiltites. Or atleast newbie Knight. So I'd consider him a Knight. :)

Okay, just to clear up my last post... I basically made it so the chunk was smaller than intentioned. As I was saying the part that had reinforced durasteel around it, broke off in a crumbling manner. Like if you put a piece of butter on a stick, it'll eventually fall off. But it'll still be in the form it was when it was on the durasteel. Since it pulling away from the durasteel would leave some behind, clinging to it, and it'd cause some breaking of the chunks. Hope I explained that right. That's how concrete's poured done on Earth. I've done it. :)

Oh and what did you mean by overhang? I imagined a decorative overhang. Like a little jut out with a gargoyle on it. Or some design. If you meant like, a sky walk between buildings, then I need to edit my post big time. :)
