I know that the two of you (Morg, Mark) have been hovering over the ban button on this guy for a while. I think I've been reasonably patient with him, but he's shown no signs of improvement in the three months that he's been here. He's toast, as far as I'm concerned. Unless someone can present a very compelling arguement against it, I'm all for booting him. I can't forsee him being anything but a liability to the group down the road.
