The only group that appears inactive are the Cizerack. And they aren't inactive so much as they're "operating under the radar" :)

Like others said, you probably would be interested in the NR or one of the Imp factions. If youre interested in smuggling, come pay a visit to ShadowFaene Fortress thats owned and run by DarthHERA (also old TC). Its in the Confederacy of Independent Systems forum. :)
