Whats your favorite, or what do you think is the best event or situation that happened to your character or someone elses character.

I haven't had one truly yet, I haven't been here long enough, but I most of my threads are interaction one's and thats really my highlight. ^_^

Some fairly oldschool stuff here:

Most of the events leading up to this Into the Fire (showthread.php?s=&threadid=8711), have been loss of ezboards and some deletions here before I became an admin, but that was one hell of a complex and convoluted storyline with all the now missing tied in threads.

And then there is one that holds a dear place in my heart (since I planned and coordinated it successfully). Driving the Jedi off Dagobah. Payback is a B**** (showthread.php?s=&threadid=8655)

Some, a little more recent, would be the Sith Master trials that I performed/arranged for Dalethria (showthread.php?s=&threadid=11306), Sorsha (showthread.php?s=&threadid=11158), and Hera (showthread.php?s=&threadid=11204). Darth Snack's Sith Lordship trial is right on up there too. <img src=images/smilies/biggrin.gif>

Zeke's greatest event hasn't happened yet...he's gonna confront Fiend and his clone and fight them for his girlfriend. He'll kill the clone, and if I'm lucky, lay some smack down on Fiend as well.

Inu's greatest moment was gettin' married. It may/may not be overrun by his killing Armaiil and conquering his artifical berserk tendencies.

Other than those 2, not much to speak of.

Easy! Back in the dark ages when there were very few rules for roleplaying, and it was a case of posting quickly to have your actions count. Itala Marzullo was still in charge of TSC, and the old characters like Banestone and Jen Katrina were still in full swing! It was the Death Star 3 thread, and TSC were attacking Thrawn's new toy! New additions to TSC were me and Gav Mortis (Andrew). Itala and Jen were aboard a Super Star Destroyer - they were Masters. Gav and I couldn't even be considered apprentices that early on, and he shows up in an Eclipse Star Destroyer, and I had a Sovereign Star Destroyer!

I think Itala said something along the lines of "Yes Lord Mortis, you still have time to go back and bring your Star Destroyer." So off he went to get what was the biggest ship ever seen at SWFans at the time. ONce that happened - Eclipses were popping up all over the show!

It was probably the most fun I ever had in a thread, aside from that Zerg one with Dyzm, Live Wire and a few others.

In that thread, I even came up with a plan of opening up a linked Force Storm, one around our ships, and another behind the Death Star. They'd fire, and the beam would come out the other storm and hit them instead. But I don't think it worked. Either Itala and jen didn't set up the storm, or Thrawn didn't fire on us. Regardless, it was lots of fun!

Anybody else remember that one? We should do something else really big and grand with little plot, just lots of fun!

What an excellent question.

There isnt a particular post or thread that really sticks in my mind. With every post that I do I feel im getting better, and the stories are getting more interesting so I feel the best is yet to come. Ive read a couple of spars that I thought were really great and some missions which were very clever but more often than not, they are to complex or long to read if your not involved. Often, they never get finished too. There are some great writters here and I always enjoy reading what else people manage to come up with.

My personal favourite, that I've done, is definetly "Rapture: Bloodlines". It was so much fun to write (though I wrote virtually all of it by myself - two characters conversing with one another was quite hard :x), especially since it was so Pratchett-y. :D

My best moment? Hmm...I've had a few great ones that I will always remember! This is so hard....hmm...okay, my favorite is when Marcus saved me and we formed our Life Bond, that has left a lot of room for RPs and we've had so much fun with that. :)

Hmm....when Terran joined SWF, that was very awesome because he fills the place of someone in Xaz's past.

AUGH! There are so many! Oh well, I think that another great one is when Xaz' beat the crap out of Sia Lan Darkheart because she betrayed the Jedi and needed to fight Xaz to get into TSE -- I beat the Force out of her, stole her dignity, and some weapons! :lol :mneh @ Sia, I know you're lurking chick! ;)

I have nooo idea which is the best. some fun ones were the when TSE attacked the Jedi Temple on Coruscant, when I was still a Warrior, then when the Jedi launched a counter-attack on TSE, with me and Verse leading the assault. Got my Knighthood the first time around that way. :)

Others were any fight with me and Unknown Gamer/Number, Xanatos, and Miryan, since those were so big for me. Also any threads involving Sorsha/Dark Alpha thingies, any with Fire and Shay...:) ^_^

Two particular sets of events stick out for me.

1: The whole MnT vs. Alpha quest for honor thing that brought about MnT getting prmt'd to warrior, moreso for all the refining I got to do to his char during it than for the rank though ^_^

2: The search for Damnation's Touch story. Though in a particularly foul twist of fate, one of the same net-losses that caused me to use the "alter-dimension" to explain where MnT went During them, stopped me from continuing the thread when we were actually There.. ¡^_^

great threads are nearly always never planned, they just happen. something makes them great, some unique combination of timing and interest.

the best i can think of....

1) The Jedi Council thread that turned into a huge all in war, had 600 posts in one day and was so big and fast moving ezboard forced it's close. i remember stepping away for 90 minutes and coming back to see 200 posts had been added in the first day mayhem.

2) invasion of bespin, where an nameless nr tech screwed over the plans of several sith groups and sent bespin city to a gassy grave. revenge for the jedi council was sweeeeet

3) payback is a bitch - gjo had not long before scraped tse off their home, tse and esp ogre and dale replied by scraping gjo off theirs. then gjo invaded tse's home again... fun


4) learning to cry - emotion, death and destruction. lady mara jade got a rp send off that a few years later proved she wasn't worthy of. oh well. still was pretty damn good to do

5) sick cycle carosel - find. read. enjoy. best roleplay ever :)

6) operation long knives. a great example of a trap that basically destroyed tmc.

One that was never RPed at SWF, but on EZ was the day TSC fell. I think that was the first time I'd seen EVERYONE from TSC on at the same time. And the mass mutany was awesome. Now you see em... now you don't.

The RP where TSE (at the time, I was a member) rallied together to make several RPs all at once, attacking key Senator figures. In one day, close to a dozen Senators fell prey to Sith evilness (among them, Borsk Fey'lya... you can blame yours truely for that one).

To be honest, I dont have any highlights. just a load of unimportant RPs and okay things. So I suppose Fettholio was the highlight. Simply because that was the RP that got the most laughs, smiles and positive comments from others.

Operation Long Knives was when TMC was being supported by Viscera's military forces, and holed up on Frih'Tahn(sp) V. Viscera met up with Anbira, and the idea was struck for Viscera to betray and suprise attack Itala's forces, while Anbira and the RSO (I think) pressed an attack forward. It was a two-fronted annihilation of TMC and Frih'Tahn V, and Itala's last real stand at Swfans :)
