The IP looks like a legit ISP IP (swbell) and isn't Daegal's (mo.comcast), though the email addy does look like comcast. o_O A visual trace puts this person right between MO and KS, so the loaction looks a little like Daegal too.

At this point the evidence is inconclusive, though IP doesn't jive with what Daegal tried to register with a few days ago.
