...what to do with the tied council vote?

Hmm, call up a second vote, just on those two? Ask them both if they would be ok with it? Flip a coin?

Have the rest of the council vote on it?

There is at least one person that voted for less than 7 people... we could ask them to break the tie...

Either that, or having the current council vote would be okay by me.

Yeah, I was actually thinking that the top six (and Yog) of the current voting (that would be Nav, Das, Anbira, Figgypudding and myself) should vote, but mud wrestling is good too. :D
