The night on coruscant was young. The sun had set an hour or so ago. The creatures that stalked the night were starting to awaken and come out of hiding. Kaytor amung them.
The Lost one walked along the street and stepped into a club. Techno music was blaring and many living beings were walking around. She quickly removed her cloak and hung it on a nearby rack, showing her black leather pants and dark crimson shirt.
Kaytor easily wove her way through the cround towards the bar. She could smell the living blood running through the veins of these live ones. She could hear their heart pumping inside their chests. For the time, she ignored it. But soon she would need to feed.
Kaytor leaned back against the bar and a bar tender walked over to her.
"What can I get you?" He yelled out over the noise. She glanced back at him then back out at the dance floor.
"Nothing for now."
He walks away to go tend to the other paying customers. Kaytor just kept her eyes on the dance floor. At one point, a human had come up to her and asked if she wanted to dance with him. She smiled at him, a glint of evil behind her eyes. But he wasnt paying any attention to her eyes. Pity. Eyes tell alot about what a person is thinking.
They walked out onto the dance floor and for a while just danced out there. After about 30 mins, she asked if they could go outside. He agreed and said he needed some fresh air too. They walked out the back door to an ally way.
Kaytor walked up to him and ran her hand down his chest. He smiled at her and she smirked. She went in as if she was about to kiss him but then changed directions. Her fangs extended and she bit into his neck. He cried for a second then went silent.
A moment later, the dead body of the man was stashed under some garbage back in the ally. Kaytor walked back into the club, her skin darker and warm. She whiped blood from her lips before she entered and walked into the croud of dancers.

Walking down the entrance corridor past the cloak room, vampires eyes looked around, taking in the matt black paint, the unusual scrawled symbols, the small hovels (from which a strange smoke came) caved into the walls and the whole atmosphere in general. He could hear music and singing coming from up ahead – it seemed he’d come in mid way through someone’s show.
The song grew louder and louder, and then the crowd joined in. The chorus roared in delight, feet stamping, complete with guitar wailing in return to their cries. As if swept up by a river, Salem was drawn into the crowd, or perhaps shoved would better describe it. Bumped back and forth like a pinball, he moved across the large open floor, trying to catch a glimpse of the group on the stage. The dull green lighting of the room made it hard to the see the face of the band, although he was pretty sure it wasn’t the original artist who made the currently being performed song. What a surprise.
Just as the song was crashing to its alcohol aided finale, Salem was spat out of the mob into the bar, thudding his knees against the metal counter. The music died away to be replaced by a more quiet song, allowing for Salem to now actually hear what he was thinking and saying - just. The strobe lighting all around him would have sent any human into epileptic fits if they looked into the hypnotic patterns for too long. The Sith Knight kept his eyes away from the display, however, and on the bar counter for now.
“Can I get you a drink?” a voice said from above.
Solid black eyes moved upwards to look through a curtain of equally jet black, as Salem shook his head.
“I’ll find my own.”

Kaytor stood in the middle of the dance floor. The only one doing nothing but standing there looking around. She suddenly sensed another dark aura enter the room. Her eyes darted around. She suddenly used the force to speed herself up.
Everyone around her now seemed to move in slow motion while she was normal. She walked around the beings. To them it seemed like just a blur in their already drugged and hung over minds. She found the other easily.
Kaytor walked up beside him and stoped. It seemed as though she had appeared there but she had alot of training. She once again leaned against the bar and looked out at the cround.
"Pathetic beings arn't they? To stupid to know that evil things walk amung them but to smart to be considered beast for food."
She could sense what he was and that he was a strong force user. She did not care though. If he attacked, he attacked. If not then perhaps they could talk for a while.

The music had picked up again, and was a dull thump in Salem’s mind as the woman spoke to him. His hair fell completely over his eyes as the lime lightning flickered on an off reflecting in the pools of black.
“Perrrhaps.”
As ever, his voice was a mixture of a growl, a hiss and normal speech. It was not an intended sound, but instead a result of a speech impediment Salem had developed due to insecurities when younger. With his power increasing, however, this lisp was slowly fading out of his tone.
“But without them, we’rrre damned, and life would be farrr less enterrrtaining.”

"We already are damned. These beings just give us something to do in our long lives."
She does not look at the man as she talks. But he can hear her clearly over the loud music as if she was talking right into his ear even though she was several feet away from him. Her dark eyes drift over the crouded room.
"So do you have a name?"
She looks over at him as suddenly the lights go out except for one or two black lights. He notices that the pupils in her eyes change shape into an almond shape resembling that of a cat. Even in the low light, her eyes take in the small amout of light and reflect it back into the darkness.

“Doesssn’t everyone?”
Both of Salem’s ‘hands’ came to rest on the counter top. Each was comprised of three appendages – one thumb and two thick talon-like fingers. Deliberately slowly, he began to drum them on the bar top in the darkness as people around them began to question the sudden lack of light, and music too. A chorus of murmurs began to arise.
“Salem Ave,” the young vampire replied after a moment taking in the rising panic.
“And yours?”

She studied him a moment, makeing sure he could be trusted. She then nodded once.
"Kaytor. Kaytor Surna."
She glances at the panic of the mortals and grins lightly. How much she enjoyed panicing these beings.
"So, should we creat some chaos in here or leave it as it is. I think it would be alot more fun to make more panic."
She looked over at him and grinned, showing her fangs. He could tell her eyes were changing color as they spoke to a blood red color.
'Well how about it?' He heard in his mind.

The bar stool which Salem was sat upon swivelled around – although it was not meant to turn, but Salem was mentally pushing it to do so with the Force – allowing the vampire to see the huge mass of bodies before them, stood confused and bewildered.
“It’sss too easssy,” he muttered, before standing up and beginning to walk through the crowd.
One by one people’s eyes turned to him, for the first time noticing his odd attire – he wore some sort of armour, along with his usual sith garb and cloak. The boy, with his dark eyes and hair, and pale skin was normal to them, as they all painted themselves to look the same, but they knew the real deal when they saw it. This was no poser, like the majority of the crowd here.
Sensing his being watched, Salem stopped and narrowed his eyes.
“… The girl at the barrr is going to kill you in about … 5 ssseconds time,” he called out before continuing walking once more.
Now he would see just how strong this other vampire’s mettle was.

Kaytor glared at him as she heard him speak. She rolled her eyes and grabed her lightsaber. Several people screamed or yelled and jumped away. The blood red blade activated as her anger rose. She suddenly burst forward, running with increadible speed towards the center of the room. Several of the people were suddenly lying dead on the groun eather from being cut in half or across the neck as she moved.
Kaytor suddenly jumped into the air and sprang at Salem. She slashed down at him then fliped backwards and took a defensive position. Several dead bodies lay around her, their blood staining the floor. Most of the croud had cleared the dance floor eather to get out of the club or to make room so they could watch the two vampyres fight.
"Well I killed some. Couldn't make you a lier now could I? Now, lets see what you have."

“I didn’t come herrre to indulge yourrr rage or provide a bloody floor ssshow for the locals,” Salem responded calmly, without turning to look upon his newly created adversary.
snap-hiss
The crimson blade, crafted by Jeseth Cloak, slid into the Knight’s palm. The white core pulsed hungrily as it was swept down to the vampire’s side before rising up into a loose vertical guard over his body as he turned to regard Kaytor.
“But if you insssissst.”

Kaytor stood up streght and pointed her saber towards Salem. A growl escaped her and she ran at him, bringing her saber down across his chest in an arch. The blow was backed with the force and anger.
"Your final death will find you soon."

With one hand gripping his saber, Salem drew the blade upwards at a diagonal so that his hand was twisted at an odd angle. The result was that the two red beams ricocheted off of one another in a spray of sparks before binding tightly to one another. Bringing his free hand up onto the weapon hilt, the vampire twisted his blade – and therefore Kaytor’s too – around in a swing towards the ground.
“Don’t delude yourrrself,” growled Ave, drawing one hand from his saber to deliver a back-hand swipe to his foes face.

Kaytor ducked under the swipe and kicked out towards his stomach with her left foot. She used him as a push off and lept backwards off of him, knocking him backwards into the croud.
Kaytor landed on her feet and dropped down into a defensive stance. Her eyes practicly glowed red and the darkside seemed to make an aura around her.
"Come. you can do better than that."

The people remaining spread outwards as Salem was knocked through them, gasping in horror as the Sith swept his saber upwards and straight through the gut of one spectator. As the woman’s guts spilled out onto the floor in front of her Salem snarled, looking towards Kaytor with a furrowed brow.
“Asss can you.”
He wasted little time in returning the favour that the other vampire had given, and sprung on her with force. His attack was delivered in a volley of saber swipes coming at repeating angles to her body, finalizing with a elbow being pummelled straight into her nose; bloodying it instantly.

She dodged and blocked most of the attacks but one hit her in her left shoulder. She growled as the elbow came at her face. She dodged left and the blow landed on her shoulder, knocking her to her knees. She shook it off quickly and punched forward into his gut, making him double over. She then rolled backwards and to her feet with her saber pointed at him.
"Again?"

Salem kicked his legs into the air to propel his body to a kneeling position, and knocked Kaytors saber aside with his own blade. With a snarl he leapt forward and landed straight atop Kaytor, his knee driving into her gut as a means of holding her down as he moved one fist to back-hand her.
