Rumored Title for EP3 [spoilers]

A couple of sources have reported that a possibly title for EP3 is Circle of the Force. It doesn't sound any worse than previous titles. It'll be interesting to see if this pans out.

I can't think of too many titles with the word Circle in it. Personally I will be surprised if that is it mostly because the title never gets released this early, I remember the rumored title last time that came out early and that was completely false.

I still think the title will follow the pre-existing pattern....

Episode IV: A New Hope - A description of a person or people (Luke, Leia, the Rebels, etc)
Episode I: The Phantom Menace - A description of a person or people (Sidious/Palpatine, Anakin)

Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back - An action by a group
Episode II: Attack of the Clones - An action by a group

Episode VI: Return of the Jedi - A statement (the Jedi "return" in the form of Luke)
Episode III: _______________ - I expect it to be a statement as well... something like "Revenge of the Sith", "Birth of an Empire", etc.

I think Figran's right. I think it might either be something regarding the rise of the Sith, or the detruction of the Jedi. It'd be neat to have something like "Fall of the Jedi" and then have the "Return of the Jedi". :)

Hey guys - want to make sure that you knew the latest from Industrial Light and Magic. There's been talk of a title for Episode III. Don't hang your hat on it, but watch for BIRTH OF AN EMPIRE on preproduction stuff. At least this is the one people like around here - maybe it'll never make it outside of these walls.
And there's some significant early work on some shots for EP3 but no word on what those scenes include. Yet.

Now this could just be a working title but if it is the title it would work, IMO and is very catchy.

It makes me think of "Birth of a Nation", which I had to watch for a film class... Personally, I'm not too big on it. It does have a decent ring to it, but I think it is a bit too obvious. I'm betting we won't find out the official title for at least another year or so...

Nice title I suppose. It has the obvious reference but could also reference the "birth" of the Skywalker Twins... in a way, I guess.

I wouldn't complain if this was the final title. I just hope GL comes up with something a little cooler for the official title.

Technically it was the Shroud of the Darkside... It does have a cool ring to it, but I don't think it is quite what Ep. III will be about - I don't think Ep. III will have the dark side veiled much. I'm thinking the dark side will be fully exposed and kicking much @ss in Ep. III.

Of all the suggestions/ideas/rumors so far, I still like "Revenge of the Sith" best so far. Not only is it a cool reference to the ROTJ original title, but it echos Maul's words "At last, we will have our revenge", which appears to be a strong motivation.
