I had...chicken fried rice....

Three grams of fat...made it myself!

Bowl of cold rice, add onions and sesame seeds!
Put it in a greasy wok, with fakey diet butter!
Add soy sauce and hot sauce, and teriyaki too!
Dont forget.....the ginger!
Cook an egg, chop it up, and then comes da chicken
Put it in mah George Forman grill, drain out da fat!
Chop it up, and serve it up too!
Turn on high, and stir or it'll burn!

Mmm mmm rice....my favorite home-cooked meal!

Too bad I made too much to eat.

Got the craving for some lunch
