I think you're mistaking a software issue that lies with your hardware.

Yup. Runs very smoothly for me.

Unless you mean the plot is slow, in which case it is sometimes - but only if you do the side quests outside of the main chapter plots.

Morrowind is even more of a hardware-drinker than NWN. Its a bad reccomendation for someone who is complaining that NWN runs slow.

Ain't that the truth. Morrowind = most laggy game I have. Though normally, an exit then a restarting of the prgoram fixes it.

But then it slows my comp way down to what my Win95 Pentium1 use to be.

I prefer NWN over Morrowind. The fighting engine frustrates me to hell and back.

I happen to think that both of these games are very good, but if i had to choose one, it would be NWN.

I've yet to try NWN online, so I guess I'm missing out on the best aspect of the game.

My vote would go for NWN as well. Though, Morrowind is a decent game as well.

The NWN expansion pack is set to come out in a few months... :)

NWN online isn't that good really, unless you're playing a custom made module.

Well that's probably what I'd play. A friend of mine has been trying to get me to join his roleplaying module for awhile now, I just never have gotten around to checking it out.

I've tried making my own modules, but it's a complicated process. Though I've noticed there are quite a few you can download for tournaments, instead of having to go through big story quests like in the Chapters.

Morrowind has bigger detail, has the most imaginative aspect of any game I've played to date The Telvanni Architecture, the plants used for houses and such and is war open ended. NWN your always stuck on track..although i agree it has much more action.

Yeah, I got Morrowind recently and the freedom is amazing. It makes GTAVC seem rigid in structure by comparrison.

I like the freedom in Morrowind as well. The way you can steal everything that you can possibly touch, and kill just about everyone. But I also like the RPG playability that is in NWN. I played Diablo alot, so this game was easy to get the hang of. Yet, there is more that you can do in it as well. I think that both of these games are quite close.

Morrowind doesn't have monks, and its fighting system is clunkier than an AMC Gremlin on cinder block wheels.
