The room was silent, opaque and barren in the missing light. A silhouette stood outside the door, lighted from behind by flickering florescent bulbs. Sith Knight Makoto Neo surveyed the higher decorated room, built higher than the standards for Apprentice’s “cells” Neo’s room held a polished wood dresser, king sized bed with satin sheets, glass top table, and holovids.

His hand fell out of the waterfall of robes and flicked the switch on. Instantly the room was bathed in a corona crescent of white light, blowing the colors of each piece of furniture into living blooms. An invisible rug rested on the stonework, a complex weave dancing alone in triads of blue, reds, and black.

“A huge upgrade, indeed,” Neo noted as he stepped into the room. The sliding door slid back into place with a hiss, grabbing the wolf-kind’s attention for the moment before being redirected to the room. Throwing his robe off onto the sheets of the bed, Neo revealed the metal armor he wore under his clothing at all times. Platinum colored plates covered his body like plate mail, only his forearms stood exposed to attack, as well as joints where he could move his limbs. The plates were held together by black buckles of leather and clasps under his arms, between his legs, and in on his arms. Gauntlets with wrist cuffs adorned the bracers on his arms, weapons within themselves. Each gauntlet concealed a 2 and ˝ foot long blade with two blade breakers on each blade.

The wolf unbuckled the armor, tossing the plates onto the bed and stretching in the black shirt and platoon pants that he wore under the armor. It had been a long time since the wolf had taken the armor off and strolled around without it, and he needed the rest. Running a hand over his head, inbetween his ears, and sat in the closest chair. A soft growl of relaxation emitted from his throat as he took a quick breather from the troubles which haunted.
