Go to <a href=http://www.pinoy7.com>Pinoy</a>. They have lots of Paintshop tutorials there. That should go a long way in helping. :)

If you have a specific question, ask away. I've had the program for a little while now. I just don't know how to start teaching the program from the beginning.
