Gav: Including myself, there were nine people. Jeremy was the guy who invited me, and he drove down with Kyle. Then there was Vince, Eric, Chris, Kurt, Ford, and Mike. The actual party was the entire week (last Sunday to today) but I was only able to stay for three days due to work and monetary constraints.

I want another LAN Party. Last one we had was held here in my house. All was great except throughout the night there was this awful smell which we thought was coming from the computers from being on so long. We played through the subtle smell, some of us developing headaches until at six in the morning, when we decided to call it a night I discovered that which we had been smelling was in fact gas and that two of the dials on the gas-cooker had been knocked slightly.

We left the computers on, not daring to flick a switch and opened the door to let the gas out. I'm relieved to say the house is still standing. ^_^;

Marcus had a LAN party within our home - once. The beer and pizza smell I could not get out of the rooms for over a week. That and females aren't supposed to wipe the floor with the real gamers.

I beat Mark's office mates at Q3... with 400 ping, 15% packet loss, and I suck at Q3. They were lanned with the server.

Your man (Mark) was the only person who showed up against me at all. I think he fragged me two or three times in two maps.

CS, BF1942 or UT and UT2k3, well, those are games I do quite well in ^^

I'm not too surprised you beat Mark. I dont think I have seen him even play Solitare for years.

I like D2, but the original is my prefered choice of the two. They should have liscended the Serious Engine (from Serious Sam 1,2)... would have been a billion times nicer.

I am just getting used to WarCraft III. I must say that I like the combination of Diablo and WarCraft, and hope that the next StarCraft RTS will be even better. I am curious enough about SC Ghost to buy and play it.

As a side note, I suck at actually shooting people in Q3. I'm just good at capturing that enemy flag. :)

Hey Helenias... do you have WarCraft Battle.net Edition? Maybe we could play a game some time. Maybe get some others that have the game in on the fun as well. (WC3 should be arriving at my place in the next few days, so that could be an alternative too.) :)

Hell, maybe even some Galactic Battlegrounds. It's basically like WC, save it's based in the SW universe. :D

Are we talking aout D2 without me!? I won't get into it, I've said it all. Most people here know how I am with that game, and I kinda gave morg a recent update. It's the reason why I haven't been here. Trying to get to 95 in a couple days time, or less, with an amazon. Only 91 right now. so >_<. Not my fault that the game is addicting... ^_^;

I was invited to a LAN party, 40 people are supposed to be there. Sad thing is I don't have any of the games, or the best computer to support them. Wack Wack.
