Also, this should not discourage others from greeting new recruits. These five have decided to make it there job :p

Since this is definitely new to me (and I apologize for the long time it has taken me to notice this thead), do you want me to actually accept recruits based on my own judgement? Or am I just greeting them/chatting with them until someone else makes the decision?

Anyway, sorry for not responding to this in FOREVER and I will start doing my stinkin job! :D
